What makes banana almond muffins even more guilt-free and nutritious is when you add the fresh Nuug camel milk into your recipe. Nuug camel is healthy and nutritious with unique proteins & high vitamin content. This recipe makes up to 12 medium-sized muffins or 8 large ones.

Banana almond with Nuug camel milk muffins are perfect for picnics, breakfast and for Children school meals.


  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ½ cup flour, sifted
  • 6 tbsp Nuug Fresh Camel milk
  • 3 tbsp  of Junglee bee honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  3. Mash bananas.
  4. Add Nuug fresh camel milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, beaten eggs, and mashed bananas on a bowl then stir well.
  5. Add almond meal and flour to the wet mixture and stir some more.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the muffins rest in their pan until they are cool enough to touch.
  8. Place muffins on a rack and wait until completely cooled before serving.
